The role will encompass recruitment of volunteers, maintaining staff and volunteer training records, overseeing, delivering and supporting new staff and volunteers through the training programme as well as spearheading the Advice First Aid initiative and providing Citizens Advice training to community settings.

This role will involve supervising the project to increase our delivery of advice and support for people in crisis, including overseeing two caseworkers.

We are recruiting for two advisers to join our team of specialist debt advisers. The role involves assessing clients and giving advice through various channels including telephone, face to face and email.
