Debt Advice Caseworker
We are looking for a Debt Advice Caseworker to join our team.
Salary: £23,000 – £25,000 Per Annum (depending on experience)
Hours: 37 per week over 5 days
Contract Type: Fixed Term to end of March 2026 (extension subject to funding)
We are recruiting for two advisers to join our team of specialist debt advisers. The role involves assessing clients and giving advice through various channels including telephone, face to face and email, then working with clients to provide advice and options on how to deal with their debts, liaising with creditors, signposting and assisting with next steps as necessary.
