Are you struggling to pay your bills? We want to help.

We can offer support if you:

• are on a low income or benefits
• are vulnerable
• are of pensionable age
• have a long term health condition, sickness or disability
• have dependent children
• are in fuel poverty
• live in a house which has an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rated below C

We may be able to help you by giving advice on energy efficiency measures, getting the best deal and tariff, checking for financial support available, maximising income and offering a benefits check, helping you sign up to energy schemes and offering onward referrals and support as necessary.
